The values of an organisation are often proclaimed and published. But how relevant and meaningful are they for your employees or those outside the business? Do they resonate with customers or shareholders? Do they motivate new workers to join you? It’s an area I studied in depth in my
postgrad psychology degree and one that can lead to fascinating discussions with clients.
